We continue to publish recent bibliography of bryological literature, which either were published by authors of CIS and Baltic countries, or deal with floristic and taxonomic investigations in this territory. Previous issues were titled “Recent bryological literature of the former USSR”. In the present paper there cited publications which appeared mostly in 1999-2000. Brief abstracts from conferences are not included.
