New for Russia species of the genus Tetralophozia – T.filiformis (Steph.) Urmi was discovered in the three localities from Siberia. The key for identification of the two known in Russia species of Tetralophozia as well as distribution, description and ecology of both species are given. Gemmae of T. setifomis (Ehrh.) Schljakov are found for the first time in Eurasia in Khibiny Mountains (Murmansk Province).
